20 x 20 front deck, composite decking, aluminum railings, PVC lattice. Roof extension of 4 ft, using hardie-clad posts, LVL 4x10 header beam, and matching metal roofing.

Marble counter top on existing cabinet. Undermount sinks, faucets, mirrors, lights. We removed a drop-soffit (or furr-down) from above this sink and moved the lighting, repaired the crown molding.
Full kitchen remodel
Completely redesigned kitchen. We removed a small wall here and added the island.
